What is everyone making for christmas dinner / lunch?

I am making ham, turkey, veggies, cookies, and whatever else i can afford to make for this christmas because money is really tight..........but normally i usually make a turkey, a ham, candied yams, potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce, stuffing, brocoli and cheese, rolls, pies, cookies, etc.

We will be having chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast, then ham, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and rolls for dinner.
