do you think ajmal kasab deserves a lawyer??

I think I started a discussion similar to this before this discussion. anyway I do not think when a terrorist caught killing people on CCTV and still cameras, why Indian laws is making hues he should be provided lawyers?

Its a mockery of our judiciary.We have seen how many decades the whole process takes.Just see Mumbai blasts in 1993 case.What human rights?He is a criminal and there shoudnt be any questions,in situations like this i wish there was an army rule here.His body should have been blown by Tanks at the border so that it could spread in many parts of Pakistan.

I agree totally with my friends that a inhuman like this should not be given a treatment like a human. If we provide a lawyer then India will have to look after that useless person. Also India will be incurring cost for keeping him alive. Also afterwards by some court tricks or by means of corruption that person may get released and then that will be a great insult for the brave soldiers who lost their life during 26/11. I think that the easy solution should be that such a person should be given in public hand and let public decide what to do. This will keep a threat to such terrorist person and one will think before doing such a inhuman and worst act in future.

different people have dofferent thoughts and as being a human, i think he surely deserves a lawyer as we know thats true he has killed many people and done a thing which is a inhuman way of crime but think of people who force him to do such thing. they are the major culprits,taking advantage of their poverty and making people a human animal who without any feeling kills people fearlessly. ajmal should be kapt alive in the jails of india the whole life as he is just a kid and he never knew what was wrong and what was right bcoz he was uneducated. punishment should be given to his chief for training them and making them to do such a terrorist attack and killing innocent people.
