The first person who responded is right. You can be blocked at once in the site.Ciao admin has an access to detect those who are doing vindictive ratings. So if I may advice, avoid doing it if you want your account to be maintained. You can earn good ratings just by simply writing an excellent review. I hope this help you to decide.
