Difference between payperpost and socialspark

For those who have used payperpost or socialspart, can you help me differentiate the differences between this two ?
From my understanding, it is from the same company but what is the difference in them.
Both are paid per review site and allows you to grab opportunities and write a review based on the advertiser requirement.
Hope that someone can help me here.

Both of them are same, just register under different domain. As you mentioned, they are from same company. So, it is nothing related to the blogger since they will pay you accodingly
