Yes, I do. I can't imagine ever NOT choosing to do so!

i know a female friends that dont like underwear and hardly ever wear them as a matter of fact. i think its very sexy. well of course they dont wear clothing that will reveal this but. just letting you guys know that not everyone like and wears underwear i personally would but on every morning but if i am home sometimes i dont wear and if i am just running to the store for a quick min. i dont thats rarely though

I always do wear one.
There is this study that our reproductive system needs some air for it to breathe, thus, it is suggested not to wear undies at night.

Yes, underwear is worn on a daily basis! Going without underwear is not the cleanest thing you can do!

Yes, I always wear underwear. I think that it is unsanitary not to do so. I also think that you can avoid some common celeb faux pas by doing so (you all know who I am talking about). I simply do not feel that I am totally dressed if I am not wearing underwear.

I always wear underware. There is never a time that I do not have a pair on. I just don't feel right if I am not wearing them.

to start with i would like to say that this is a very interesting question. well i always wear my underwear no matter what the weather is i feel very uneasy not wearing a underwear i feel as if something is wrong with me so i just cant do without underwear.lol.
