problem with tenants

i let my house rented since my husband is far away from home. i have only one son. so i transferred to my mom's house. after few months my husband went home, quiet not from the plan because of some issues to settle. now we're in my mom's haven. it wasn't a comfort for my hubby living in an inlaws. he wants to go home to our house. unfortunately i had a contract with my tenants. it's my problem now. i had to wait for two years to get back to our old haven.
