You need calcium for human bones not vitamins..Eat papaya it is full of vitamins A and E. Its a very good supplement you give to your engine i mean body. All fruits have one or the other vitamins which supply excess of minerals and vitamins. If you exceptionally need calcium which support for bones, the fruit in which calcium is main component is CUSTARD APPLE. It has 78% of calcium in it. Veggies also have calcium supplement which are tomatoes the best for calcium...for these vegetables and see the results. Take my recipe for excess calcium which is a soup. Turnip, soy leaves, cabbage, beet root -- these are to be cut into small cubes and boil with enough water. After the colour of the liquid changes to bloody red then strain the liquid and now add salt and peeper powder according to your taste. This is tremendous soup which is very good for healthy bones.. *For those who have kidney stones complaint should avoid this recipe
