friend, why there is difficulty to register on the review stream??what they want to do from new users??the review written is not upto mark.
can anybody member of this site.can you help me out in this case??explain me in detail.
where the link for registration given on this site??how to register??please explain the whole procedure.

well I guess they doesnt want to have ordinary member, they review their member who wants to join.
