How could you return the feeling of trust between couples?

how could you return the feeling of trust between couples if it had been broken? this applies for every serious relationship problems that could break the connections between them. Ive been thinking about this question but i cannot seem to find the perfect answer.

i think it needs time.Don't give up,if you really treasure your relationship.You should apologize to him,may be he will forgive you

I think trust is one of those uncontrollable things within us, once its broken its broke, even if you manage to forgive what ever that caused the mistrust there is always a little doubt deep down that will not let you fully trust again...i am afraid one the trust has been broken it can only be fixed to a certain extent..its something we should all work on and treasure...
