I ate Spicy Tuna Salad a few weeks ago and for Christmas I asked my sister to make me some. We both search the net for the recipe but could not find any - we ended up enjoying salmon lime salad with guacamole instead :) it was also good but I'm still craving for that Spicy Tuna Salad I ate in Sakura.

This tuna salad is one of a kind, simple yet super addictive. Fresh ginger and green chile pepper pair up for this taste explosion! Asian Spicy Tuna Salad INGREDIENTS * 1 (6 ounce) can solid white tuna packed in water, drained * 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root * 1/2 teaspoon diced green chile pepper * 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion * 1/4 teaspoon curry powder (optional) * 1/4 cup mayonnaise * 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice DIRECTIONS 1. With a fork, flake tuna into a small bowl. Mix in ginger, pepper, chopped onion, curry powder, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. hmmm.just perfect!!

I have one so simple and tasty. I use it all the time, everyone loves it. I don't make it spicy, though, because some health problems, but you can always add the spicy taste. My receipe is tuna with lots of mayonese, chopped celery leafs. For the spicy taste you can add black pepper or cut small pices of red spicy pepper and add it. Enjoy!
