drink tea

before go to work, i always drink tea for warm of body and then to lose some bactery in my body. tea able to drink with hot and cool depended your wishes.

Sleep gets reduced with tea thats why we have it during exams to get out of sleepiness.

I drink tow cups of tea before I start work and during work I dring around another 3 cups, It will sure make me warm and cosy :)
