How to create a new blog?

My first contribution to the bloggers network, creating a new blog (for wordpress blog). You can find the article on my blog (which can be found under profile) For advance level user and above, I am sorry this might seem a little too simple. I belong to novice level and my skills are not up to mark as yet. However, many experts do not realized that they have to be a little more patient with us, for there are a lot of jargon, language and phased we are just learning and still learning. So it is not so easy for us to pick up some of the things you have already know for a long time. I am sort of in between, I know a little and trying to find out more. So I can understand the struggles that newbies faces and I try to make it as simple as possible. Sometime I might use some phases that you might not understand, it is most likely due to my poor command of the English language. If you have issue you can get back to me. I would try my best to answer you. And for the expert who are able to give me some pointers too.
