When you want to lose weight without exercise...

What I do is that I drink slimming tea or discipline my eating habits like cutting down on junk food. I want to lose weight but I'm too lazy to exercise. I think my main exercise is my daily walk up and down the stairs in school. I take six stairs up and down. I also commute so there's some walking too. What about you guys? Are there people there like me who want to lose weight but do not want to sweat much?

I'm trying to lose some weight, too. I wake up at around 5:30AM and start brisk walking. I try to eat bread with corn coffee in the morning as breakfast, then I cut rice for lunch, and in the evening, I try not to eat rice. It helps somehow. Happy New Year!
