IS IT BETTER TO FORGIVE OR FORGET?

FOR MYSELF I HAVE LEARNED TO FORGIVE BECAUSE I WILL NOT FORGET..... BETTER FROM THE INSIDE OUT...

I think it's best to forgive and forget, but i have to admit that it's rather hard. I find it easy to forgive, but it's hard to forget. Same thing will happen 3 months/1 year down the road and the first thing that came to mind is 'you've done that before!!!!!! lol

Its always better to FORGIVE than to FORGET. when you forgive someone the person will always hesitate to do the same mistake. when you forget, than you are taken for granted and the other person feels that mistakes dont make any difference to you. Learn the art of forgiving. you will have more friends than enemies
