Where to find an ad network to pay them per click via paypal?

I was trying to find an ad network to pay them per click like adwords, but I could find one called adtoll and adengage .. However, unfortunately adengage was down few days ago and adtoll doesn't accept paypal funds I need to enter credit card in Paypal which i don't want to do it. Anyway, to pay with Paypal, Please, Help me out to find CPC network to pay them with Paypal funds or echecking via Paypal, Thanks & Happy Holidays everyone.
