Hey there myLotters, it's been a long time since I've been myLotting. I just got other things to do in my life and now since I am back in college and the semester have just started I think there will be some time to myLOt. Thus, I would like to ask how do u get rid of game addiction? I've been trapped in it for about 3 years. I have been neglecting my studies and all so I guess it is time to stop this ridiculous and unproductive indulgence. Any suggestions?

There is no suggestion how to get rid of it, but it is what interest you. For instance, if you like pinkish cloths then it's hard to change your mind and buy something greenish when you've already decided before you even entered the shop. It's the same thing with games, you've already decided to play them. Now, best way is to find yourself some decent hobby that would kill enough time for you to forget about games.

Good advice again.. Really appreciate it... Now I am really trying to do other stuff rather than waste time playing games.

I would make a restriction, put on an alarm clock that rings after an hour to remind you to stop playing and start studying. If the alarm clock is not helpful I would ask a relative to help me to come and knock at my door. If this is not helpful either I would uninstall it so the temptation would not be there.

Hurmmm...I think I am making progress. I barely played a game in the last 3 days... I used to spent $5 a day at the cyber cafe everyday. Not anymore. No more wasting money in the New Year
