Do you like KFC chicken?

I love chicken....so im overweight.....can some one suggested diet chicken recipe

we cook diet things at our house. usually we cook chickn brest-almond-onion-potato-green pepper-etc my friends love it when I serve it with tortillas. other diet thing is chickn salad.

Yes i like to eat KFC chiken and some fried potato if you want diet eat green apple every day if you can green apple juice.

ever since my mom brought a bucket home which was like 20+ years ago for me, I've been a fan!! i love their chicken, although some say that it's a bit salty but it compliments very well with the gravy. i can eat rice with their gravy and I'm happy!!:) lol

I love it...especially the skin! Guess thats a bad thing as it is the unhealthy part of the chicken. When I do my chicken at home I coat the chicken after I have skinned it. It has far less fat then with skin on it.

Well chicken is good if not fried, try chicken grilled and make with light sauce and put them in brown bread with some salad. It will become delisious I love it, try not to eat fried chciken and take of the skin that is the fattest thing in chicken.

I don't really like but I had to eat manytimes by GF request. It's harmful to eat too much.

yes, I love KFC Chicken very much. For you the best suggestion I can give you is, When you eat chicken you remove its skin.

hmmm... for one, you can start eating boiled chicken instead of fried chicken. try to eat your chicken skinless. The skin actually carries the most fat. for chicken, i normally either boil them or steam them. see that no extra oil is needed to cook the chicken in these two methods. hence reducing your oil intake by quite a fair bit. and to lose weight, besides keeping a close eye on your diet, you might want to exercise. perhaps start small like walking an extra mile a day or so.

I love their chicken! Mashed potatoes too! Baking chicken helps cut down on the fat. Season it or marinate it. Marinate it in Dale's sauce or italian dressing before you cook it.About 2 hours time for marinating it.Nothing takes the place of the good old Kernal though.
