My favorite Nike shoe, and I may safely say that I am not alone in this category, is the Air Jordan 11, particularly the red and black color way. This model, which featured the shiny patent leather and gum soles, was released some time in 1995-1996. Since I was merely a student then, I did not have the money to buy a pair. I believe this was re-issued in 2001 but not the red and black model, rather, the white and gray color way. Again, I missed the opportunity to purchase that re-issued edition because I kept waiting for the red and black model, which never came. Until now, I still long to own a pair of air jordan 11's. Does anybody know if, and when, Nike would be re-issuing these jordans?
