I neer understood this, but it happens all around where we live. it is scary at tiems. There are often news stories of people getting shot buy stray bullets. ( what goes up must come down some where) so I was thinking, do you know anyone who does this and why? thanks for sharing Have a Happy and SAFE New Years!
