Help~~how could i start my blog?

oh~~i met a quetion again,i wanted to write a diary yesterday,but i found i can't use my blog,as if there are some steps,but i don't know how to do~~ if somebody know can help me Thank you first!

What blog service are you using? I've used blogger and am trying wordpress so if it's one of those I might be able to help.
