I have a cool psp(slim) I bought it about 6 months ago. I always wanted to put a custom firmware on it . It could save some money instead of buying expensive UMD . how about you .what do you think about it?

I am so glad to see someone on mylot also crazy about PSP. I don't know the situation in your country, But in China everybody got custom firware on our PSP. And it's totally free to upgradating at the store you buy it when new firmware is released. Just like you said, you don't have to pay much money on the expensive UMD, what you should do is just download the ISO file on the Internet to have fun. Try it, my lotter.

If you want to have a custom firmware on your psp you have to use pandora box on yours PSP or give your psp to other person who can do it. But yousing custom firmware and dont buying UMD and use ISO is a stealing sony and other brand. When you use a pandora box is a little chanse to broke down your PSP.
