I want to create a site using joomla . Her anyone can upload information of template and file. I can create a submission form to upload information and and file using Rsform joomla extension ,But how can I show this data at front page or anywhere .

Hi just saw your question about Joomla. To tell you honestly I'm not that expert on Joomla but I have a working knowledge on how to use this program. I been using Joomla for almost 2 years now and was able to create more than 20 websites already.
Regarding your question about uploading information using a submission form called RSFORM, what you just need to do is first install the component and the module needed, second configure the form like creating the list of field in your form, e.g Name, Address, Phone and Comment. Once created, go to your main menu and create a link to your contact form.
