Help on killing FUVirus...

My sister's PC was affected with this FUVirus and I tried slaving it to my PC and run a full scan usinng UNHACKME, AVG and AVAST anti-virus. It did not kill the virus. I tried deleting it manually but it keeps popping back. I'm not a techie person, and would appreciate a few tips on how to get rid of the virus without resorting to reformatting the dard drives... Any expert advice?

What are the problems caused by this virus? can you give me some informations about the problems caused by it. i will try to help you. thanks

Everything I plug in to my infected PC would acquire the virus. Even my cell phone could no longer access the files in its memory card. Had to reformat it... The problem with my flash discs would be that it's impossible to format it coz it says its locked or restricted... It shuts everything out!... Can you help me?
