How do I put music on my LG Shine?

I got an LG Shine as a Christmas present from my parents and it looks cool but when I tried to find a ringtone it cost $1 each, so I bought a cable that connects my phone to my computer but I cannot figure out how to use it. When I connect my phone and computer my phone begins to charge and I cannot open a folder to move my music into. Is there anything I need to know when doing this? Or is there another easy way to move my music to my phone?

LG shine is nice product form LG. We have a couple of ways to load LG shine with songs we can use Bluetooth, USA cable and we can even use memory card and copy songs in to the phone memory.

Install the LG PC Suite (the CD that came with it) to make sure the drivers for the phone are installed onto the computer, then you should be able to sync the phone using the USB cable.
