Does paypal charge more fees, or alertpay??

When you get paid from these PTC sites, or any other sites, even from mylot, then which payment method is better? Does paypal charge more fees for incoming money or does alertpay charge more?? Like if i am getting a payment of $2, the how much fees will be charged, and how much will be credited to my account??

for transfering money from any site to pay pal they do not charge you anything because what ever that site pays pay pal will accept and when you transfer your money from paypal to your bank account till $150 they charge $5 after $150 they do not charge anything and dso not compare in alert pay i have seen both are same
