It's nothing for me to stay up until two o'clock in the morning. I usually get up between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m., but I do take a nap in the afternoon.

I like to stay up late. I am a night person and even if I go to bed early, I won't be able to sleep until late at night. Since I won't be able to sleep even if I go to bed early, I simply stay up and about until my bed time which is usually a little bit past midnight! As for waking up early, forget about it. I hate mornings!

I think I am . But now I try to give up that habit, I will go to bed before 12 in the night, so that I can get up early in the next morning. I think stay late in the night is not a good habit, it makes our body can not recover easily, and feel tried easily.

i hate to wake up late till night...i go to bed by ten or so .only during exam times i used to wake up in night it was like a kind of torture for me .thinking about other people who are sleeping peacefully and having sweet dreams....only some times i wake up when there is an interesting movie on tv.i like early morning time between 5-6 when the sun has not risen completely...at that time only our mind will be fresh.

yes,as a matter of fact i am. Everynight i get myself something to do,so i have to sleep late. That makes me a late riser in the morning but how can i miss my studies, surfing the net, mylot,a calm midnight stroll or a badminton practice session.I am not to accustomed to the habit & I don;t get sleep if i fall on bed early. It creates problem when i get some engagement early in the morning & have to get up early.

Hi sukie2008, I am a night owl through and through. I can sleep late but can't wear up early. Well I *can* but I would really hate to. Being a lark would be cool if the saying that rising early is good for health holds true.

I am definitely a night owl and have been most of my life. Even when I was teaching, I would stay up late into the night and have to drag myself out of bed in the morning to get to work. Since I'm retired, I try to stay up late and sleep in, but it doesn't always work out that way. With children and grandchildren and everything else that goes on, I am up too early more times than I want to be. I also like the quiet of night and I want to get up in the morning when I want to and not when the alarm goes off or I have to get up for someone or something.

oh yes.. i'm definitely with you for this one... i work WAY better at night and am much more productive when the moon is up too. I guess i like the peace and quietness and am able to think without all the noise and distractions. But i do realize that, if you wake up early, your day is somehow earlier. But whenever i wake up late, my day seems to be so short and time passes too fast.

I used to be a consistent night owl, so much so that I couldn't seem to wake up on time for anything early in the morning. Well, that changed since I've grown up now and now I'm not the earliest of birds, but I can be considered a mixture of the two now. I get up usually between 6:30am and 7:00am every Tuesday through Saturday, in order to get to work on time. Then on Saturday evenings through Sunday nights I resort back to the night owl syndrome again.

I am definitely not a night person and that is the reason if I have anything important that needs doing it has to be tackled during the early hours. I am up before dawn every day and all my chores are done by 9 on most days. I am hopeless in the afternoon and even worse at night; it could be because I am tired from getting up so early! Seriously though watching the sun come up is the best!

I like keep sleeping until my biological Clock to let me awake. I often get up at 9:30.Not too late, right?Cause i work at home,i don't need to get up on time. But if get up too late ,for example,10:00, i will feel shame for lose time.I like go to bed until 1:00 am cause spend extra time to read novel before sleeping.

I can't stand to stay up at night! Although it happens to me all the time. I always stay up to 2 - 3 am, I just can't fall asleep. And I get up at about 9 am. I used to get up earlier, I like mornings, day light! You have more freedom to do what you want, but during the night, you can't go outside (or you can but at the moment you'd freeze :| ), you can't watch anything good on tv, everyone's asleep, there's just to much silence! I hate that. Plus, if I'd stay up at night, I'd sleep all day and miss all the action. That'd be awful.

I have no choice but to be a night owl because I work in a nursing home on nightshifts all the time. Lately I've been picking up more shifts and my days and nights have been switched. On my normal days off, I like going to bed around midnight when my son has no school the next day and sleeping in till about 9am, getting up and having a coffee. If my son has school the next day, his bedtime is at 8pm and I'll go to bed around 10 or 11pm so I get up with him around 7:30am. If I had my way I would have to say that I'm a night owl. Have a nice night

I always would like to sleep earlier and get up earlier, but most of time I failed. I don't know why, I can sleep well in my small bed in the school dormitory, but cannot sleep quickly in the big bed of my home. Is it a kind of illness? A man certainly would be more concentrate to do something in the night and I also like it. But say the truth, I would like more to enjoy the sunshine and fresh atmosphere in the morning. But I always can't get up early enough after the serious sleeplessness.

Very much a night owl! I'm at my most creative at night and can do writing or work on my digital artwork, while my kids and hubby are asleep, with the tv on or music as background noise lol.
