Paypal Issue In Comparedby, Intentional or Problem??

After being online here in mylot, i have seen four complains about the pay out request in comparedby. Most of them are getting problem with their paypal account. The site appears an error. Do you think, it is done by the site intentionally because they can't each members or just a problem that needed to be fix. what is your idea about this?

I have no idea since I am one of the person facing this problem. I've stopped writing for them and will wait for January 20. If there's no money in my PayPal, I'll just have to count myself bad luck and forget about the amount of efforts invested in them.
