how i wish there is grammar checker in mylot...

maybe i had created a huge number of discussions. and for sure, i am not into writting. i only write based on experience (and sometimes copied it from a book), and i barely care about the composition of my grammar. and i am open to such corrections. it will be me who will also be learning. and how i hope that grammar checker or software were in mylot to be able to know my mistakes and be able to correct it if ever.. hmmm, would it be possible to have it here in mylot? hope there is..

I reckon that this might be a disability issue. However, maybe not as I thought that if you wnet over a certain number of posts you have the option to cut and paste - which would mean you could use whatever software you like best for spellchcks and grammar and paste your input into mylot. There are a lot of people around who have dyslexia and other related conditions that impact greatly on their ability to produce reasonable quality print.... in my view they should have equal access and to deny such access is a potential discrimination issue. Grammar can be an equivalent problem for some people with language related problems .... problem is to demonstrate whether or not it is a "Disability" and therefore covered by legislation or whether it is just due to individual differences......!

i give you my best response. but my friend, it would be better if the mylot itself has its own software for checking.. it would be a help to those who are starting. i myself has exceeded to the number that allowed me now to cut and paste. but i still prefer to be writting down here on my own.. it is of much help.. thanks

Why thank you! This is my first "best response!" I had wondered whether anyone on myLot actually bothered to make use of the best response facility. I know what you mean, though. It would be helpful if the myLot software did have more facilities. I keep seeing my own mistakes after I have posted ..which is a bit late!

are you from the Philippines too?.. hehe.. surely, English language has become part of our daily lives. in fact, when i talked with my professor even not at school, we would talk in english without being embarassed. we understand each other much fully when we do.. and here in mylot, i am realy learning. though no one is checking me, i am checking myself.. hehe.. it would be really nice if they would have one grammar checker here.. thanks.

I wish there was a grammar check here too.I have three computers and I always use Mozila Firefox but only one is able to check my errors.I don`t care much about this because it`s not important how do you say/write a thing-it`s important what are you trying to say but sometimes after one wrong word all my opinion changes.Happy MyLotting!

your certainly right. but as for me, i am really concern about the grammar formation. i would like to practice Good ENglish usage here. as part of the training.. the main thing is that, after one mistake comes another. and the entire discussion is being affected..
