what about to study at canada

hello freinds in the year i had gone to ottawa and iat algonquin colege i had gone for a dual degree programme from my college and i study for four month but that was a 2 year programme i got my certificate for 2 year programme but what about my placement and job because as Indian i spent a lot of money there but after 4 month i have to come back to my country then what is the benifit for thsi type of programme so can any body please tell me how can i go there for a job with thi certificate
