THIS is the most suffering problem in the present world. mainly the middle aged and old aged. changing the sitting place time by time while working in the home or office will be a good remedy. in some cases spine therapy is also recommanded. you must not hang to your system many a hours. what you think about this friends?

i have suffered for a long time with back pain ,been told that i would get worse as i get older. The truth is is has ,as seen in my MRI,but the strange thing is ...i have less back pain. THE SECRET [IN MY CASE]..... My problem is postural.I have seen a Myotherapist,[check out on the web for BONNIE PRUDDEN MYOTHERAPIST CENTRES CLOSE TO YOU]I also wear a support belt from BAX MAX,cost about $50,us plus taxes,it forces you to sit in upright position thats the reason i bought it ,you will not believe the amt ,of stress it tkes off the lower lumbar area, and do yoga,Check out Healing yoga for Aches and Pain Begin by doing the first two levels for one week before adding the 3rd.It only 29 mins long,Maintain the routine for 3wks.Remember this a holistic approach Be healed ,live happier and more pain free lomas

I feel i need to mention that myotherapy deals with trigger points, and as long as the probs are musculo/skeltal,it will be resolved ,especially if yr are not suffering long,Maintainence treaments are required like once a month for a couple of months and i recommend 2 twice yearly, follwed up by a good deep tissue massage ,[this could be addictive]as we say in TRINIDAD,..you will like yrself..The final outcome,...I didnt know that this is what pain free meant,..i like myself.

Thanks for the advice. Would it be too easy to heal the back pain? I can't imagine I can heal myself that easy, but I would try my best. Good day!

I will have to look into this more. I am not middle aged or even old age,I am only 19 but I suffer from fms so every possibility of pain free days I look into.

I have this problem too, unfortunately. I've heard that changing the position, moving, standing up while working in front of the computer is one of the best remedies. It is also important the way you hit the buttons on your keyboard. If you hit them too powerfully, the backpains may intensify.
