[b]hello my friends I have been having legs pains for the past two years. And I've also gone to the doctors to find out if he/she can tell me what is causing this pain. Well after 1/2 dozen x-rays, blood test and bending my legs in and out, sideways. The doctor can't seem to find anything wrong. Again I went to see another doctor (Dr. Doggie Houser) that who my doctor reminded me of. Very young. I explained to him that pains that I've getting, my legs goes numb, toes curl up, I'm sure you all get the picture. Anyway again there is nothing wrong with me. Has anyone one of you ever tired acupuncture? If so can you please let me know it this work on you for any kind of pain. Also my doctor does not believe in chiropratice doctors. I have to take 6 mortin for the pain. I don't know what else to do, since these doctors don't know what they are looking for.

Hi Kaleegirl, Sorry to hear that you are suffering pain in this way. It is very frustrating to be told nothing is wrong when you can feel the pain of it so there must be something eh! I am not a doctor so can't diagnose at all and if I was wouldn't dream of doing it without seeing the patient but recently I was having numbness in my legs and when the doc checked I had no reflexes, I was excessively tired and my left arm was hurting, they done blood tests of all sorts and one doc even mentioned MS but hey have now put the pysichal symptoms down to anxiety and can find nothing wrong. I have never tried acupunture. With my legs going numb they were looking at something neurological but found nothing. I hiope they find the route cause for you so you no longer have to suffer this. Huggles. Ellie :D

Hi Kaleegirl it wasn't a B12 non absorption with me but it is something that is quite often overlooked. Mine was pysichal systoms being created because I was feeling so down and depressed and as I was putting on a brave front it came out in that way. I really do hope you get it resolved though. Big healing huggles. Ellie :D

Oh just had another thought they tested for B12 not being absorbed by my body which can cause this and all it needs is injections every three months to rectify. Might be worth asking them to investigate this. It is a type of anemia called perniculous I believe. Huggles. Ellie :D

Have you gotten an MRI done on your leg? Maybe it is something that the x-rays aren't picking up. I haven't tried acupuncture before but have heard that it works. Hope you find out what is wrong and can get relief for it!

Hi kaleegirl, I've heard about acupuncture but I haven't tried that..I hope anyone can enlighten you about this...I am wondering why the doctors cannot find what is wrong, how about referring to another doctor?

My mother is the one who tell what to use. and she hears this from he brother. both are in their 80's and you know that remedies back than worked wonders. When I started getting cramps on my legs, she told me to put a bar of soap unde the sheet and place my foot on top of it. Believe it or not it did work. I have to go back and start uing again. My uncle also mention something bout an oil, which I need to getmy behind in gear and call my cousin to get the name of it. But old remedy seem to work better. thanks for you post. have new year to you and your family.
