A girl has to be feminine to be a girl otherwise not. No one can pinpoint what one thing makes a girl feminine or sexy. It is combination of lots and lots of factors. These are How she talks how she behaves with other girls how she behaves in front and with guys how she walks how are her manners how loud she talks does she have good dressing sense does every dress look good on her does she has table manners can she cook can she be a good host?
