still no PR for my blog

i really wonder what is going on...traffic is really good for my blog. i am well aware that google updated pageranks of blogs before the year ended. but sadly, still no PR for me. anyway, that is sad, because that means less opportunity for me to earn...but well, as long as my alexa improves. does anyone of you have a blog? did you get pageranks elevated? good for you! take care all! I cannot help you there, because I do not know how page rank works and how alexa work either. I wonder how do you get your traffic. perhaps it would give us a clue about what is going on.
