I don't know isn't there a request payment option? Or otherwise it will be the 15th automatically! But if you haven't reached yuor minimum will they reset your money to zero at the 15th? I hope not!

Don't you just recieve your minimum payout default $10 at the 15th of each month direct to your paypal account
