MY OPINION IS sleep at 9 pm and wake up at 5 am, the student for 7-17 years old, need sleep moreless 8 hour, with enough rest, the student can be more energy to follow rthe class, and from 5 am to 5.30 am, you can pray to GOD and read the book, its very effective time to read because our brain still fresh

Sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 6 am is best for a student, I think. * hours' sleep is necessary for a person. It will makes one more energetic to meet another day's challenge.

That sounds like a perfect time for anyone to sleep. Early to bed early to rise. I like waking up early because you can get a lot done when you wake up early. I don't wake up that early though especially since I'm on winter break right now I love sleeping in late. I'm going to try to sleep earlier when school starts again so that I won't feel tired when I go to my classes.

Hi arunkkollam, the best time for student to sleep is the earliest after 8.30pm, and wake up at 4 or 5am. Even this is somehow different from others opinion, but I have this stand as a student, and I'm done very well in exam. When you wake up early, the air is really really fresh.

I think it all depends on the students schedule. Personally I don't start classes til 1 pm most days, but I also work til at least midnight most nights. So I'm usually in bed by 2 and up by 10 which works rather well for me.
