a wrotten day

Hi, got up in the morning with a massive headache, feeling add that my day was not going to turn out so good. honestly the day was horrible, nothing went smooth, there was one issue after the other at work. i am so tired and really not in a mood of doing anything. Anyone has a suggestion? how do i get out of this wrooten mood?

Have you tried meditating? You're usually supposed to "not think about anything" - but that's too difficult for me so I just close my eyes and concentrate on my breathing until I feel light headed. I also make sure that I breathe deeply - like 3 seconds inhale, 3 seconds exhale. It works to calm myself up and gets rid of the tension and the bad mood :) Thanks for the comment on my discussion!
