I don't! My wallet has its own coin compartment but I don't like having coins in my bag because I almost always end up spilling them all over - then having to clean up my bag just to get them all out. Every night I take out all the coins from my purse then put them in my made-up piggy bank :D I save it all up to buy myself something nice. I don't know how much I have now, but I'm thinking about buying me a pretty expensive moisturizer...

I usually put my change in a bottle on my dresser. Then when its full I take it to the bank and trade it in. I call it my rainy day fund.

My wallet has it's own coin compartment as well. I don't usually bring my purse though, my fiance carries all our money. We usually take the change out once it starts getting heavy, but we also use it to buy things. Such as if the purchase is $1.20 we use 20 cents to make it even.

piggy bank - piggy bank with cell money
I don't have a separate coin purse as my wallet has many 3 compartments. The first zipper is for my cellphone. The second zipper is for atm cards, money bills and coins (it has a divider) and the third zipper is for my keys and receipts. I also have a piggy bank and I use it to put my PHP10 coins for buying load cards. I also attached its picture, its given to me as a gift from a friend of mine.

Hi there. Well, considering the amount of commuting I do, I really need to have some coins with me at all times to avoid being inconvenienced, especially when I'm already running late/am in a hurry. I'm currently using a furry coin purse with a tarsier design that I got when we visited Bohol. I also have a piggy bank too, though I put only Php10.00 coins in it.

No no no, I don't put coins at separate bag but I use a small pocket in my jeans at the side part of my jeans to put them up. I think it is not good having those in my purse as I am a person who almost forgets that I have coins in my purse and end up spilling them on the floor! So, I use my pocket for it.

My wallet also has a coin compartment. But most of the time, it cannot contain all the coins that I have and I am afraid that my wallet will be destroyed. So, years ago, I bought a separate coin purse. I found this convenient because when I ride public transportation like jeeps and buses, I don't have to take out my entire wallet. I just make sure that before leaving the house, I have enough coins and small bills in my coin purse to pay for my fare.

I use a wallet so I don't carry a bag/purse but when my change compartment in my wallet makes my wallet a bit heavy, I will empty it into both of our piggy banks. I usually hold on to quarters, loonies and twonies and keep them in my wallet but I will throw pennies in one jar, and nickles, dimes and the occasional quarter into the other. Have a nice day

yep, I have a separate coin purse. And when I have a lot of coins I put them in my coin bank, and most of the time, I just leave them on the table stand and anywhere here at home... so whenever we go out, I just get some coins to pay for the fare. :)

I do not use a separate purse for coins. I have a neat little pouch in my wallet and I store my change there and keep emptying it into a cardboard box set aside for change. We usually empty that out once a year by donating whatever is there inside in a temple :) That ways life is simple and convenient.

I usually separate my coins, because it was really heavy. And I have a beliefs of separating gives you more coins to come. haha. But that is my beliefs, and I really believe in it.

HI. I use a separate coin purse beside my wallet. I want to have a separate one for it, I use my coin purse in paying fares on the shuttle when my husband doesn't fetch me in the office. I have also a separate wallet thing for my credit cards. There is this incident that before I only use one wallet for all of my money, coins and cards and It was lost. So I guess for me a solution for it is to separate it. And for me it is much easier today, when i pay for a groceries and I'm using my card to pay, i will only take the case of my credit cards, but when I pay bills I will only get my wallet and when i want to buy some snack (meryenda's) and little stuffs I will only get my coin purse.

I use to maintain a piggy bank before but not these days and i don't like carrying in my purse also. Most of the time i lost them or i don't like the "ching" sound of coins in my purse so, i always spend them quickly by buying small stuff which are mostly unnecessary. It really helps a lot maintaining a piggy bank like you do because we won't spend unknowingly but one day when we really need money we can make use of it.

Not yet, but after spending time with my step-dad's soon to be step-daughter....my new little sister, I have decided to knot a coin purse. (Friendship bracelet style, or maybe hemp?) I think it is much more convenient than digging in the pocket on the back of my purse, and would carry positive memories and energy... Those little girls are great.... I have to make my sister something cool too....

I hate coins, it wouldn't hurt my feelings a bit if the government did away with them, lol. I have a lot of small banks I keep in the house to put coins in, but it's good to have a just a few coins in your pockets in case you need them when they total your bill at the cash register in the stores. Most wallets and coin purses nowadays suck, they usually don't last very long, unless you buy a really pricey one.

Yes I have a separate coin purse from my wallet. I have change every where, in my purse in my coin purse, in my car, in my home. My purse gets so heavy then I realize that it is the coins in it. I will then take them out of the purse and put some of them in the change purse and put some in a container on my dresser.

Well, I don't. As you've already said, mine also has its own coin compartment. There's nothing special in it, really, except when I got back from work and received my all-deserved paycheck. :D
