Remember when I first tried to get my paypal account verified and I had never known so much hassle. Everything I did didn't seem to make my account read as verified. I think the simplicity of verifying your paypal account is largely determined by what account you have. Premier and business accounts are slightly more complex to verify as they require a little more information from you as a user. To start of with though the fisrt thing you should do is to link it to your own local bank account. By completing this step you are almost or nearly halfway there. You do this by supplying paypal with your bank details, they then place two small deposits into you bank account leaving it then upto you to verify how much they have given you by entering this data into you paypal account online. After this step it should read complete and depending on the type of account you set up you may also be required to enter additional information which will need to be completed. To lift the limits on your account and ensure you can withdraw and given amount of funds you can do this via two different ways. The first is by confirming your address either via a phone call or through a code which is sent to you via mail. Failing this you can also opt for paypal to charge a small fee to one of your bank cards linked to your bank account you have already linked above. It doesn't matter if it's either debit or a credit card as it works for either and the code you will then have to enter on the paypal website will be located on your card or bank statement. Hope this helps...I know it's a little daunting and I must admit I got very exasperated with the whole thing when i was trying to set mine up. However once it's done it's done and can thankfully say it all seems to be working very nicely now.

Hi, You have to enter your credit card number and then press on the button verify. Paypal will initially charge you approx $1.85 for this and when you account has been verfied they will reimburse this amount back in your paypal account. Regards, Lawrence J Nicholas
