Hi! I was just wondering if anyone knows any good diets? I've tried so many of them and they were so expensive and not worth my time at all because they never worked. So if you know any good diets please let me know thank you so much

Hello, I'm not sure of any good diets. But I too are trying to lose weight. I will tell you what I have started doing since the January 2nd. I have started watching my junk food intake, also watch how much calories I intake, and I started watching my portions. I too wish to know of good diets also. I have struggled the last three years to even keep my health and weight at a good condition. I guess with me I get bored so I eat. Even with me taking care of my children and doing all that housewife work around the house still does tempt me to want to eat. You could even try the Carb diet it consist of nothing but meats,cheese,and eggs. My mom's friend told me that when she was on that diet she lost 30 pounds in 2 months. But my down fall is that I love Potatoes. I wish I could be more help to you. Happy Mylotting

I would try weightwatchers because they are big on giving you heck for calling it a diet lol. It's a change of lifestyle. The word diet is like a swear word for them. I've tried weightwatchers before and it's worked but the only problem with this plan is that when you stop WW's then you start gaining weight back. Have a good day

I dont really think diets work - I think the only way people can lose weight is to change their eating lifestyles and exercise.

The only thing that really works and has lasting effects are a permanent change in you lifestyle. You need to adopt a sensible and healthy eating plan where you "eat to live and not live to eat". Of course an occasional splurge is ok, but a balanced diet is the only way to keep the weight loss permanent and to help your body achieve its optimum performance.

i've been on just about every diet out there and none were helping. the only one that helped me was "the fiber 35 diet". the main concept of the diet is eating more fiber which keeps you full longer. i found that when i did this, i didn't crave sweets and junk food like i usually do. and without eating these foods, i would lose weight.

Diet goes by height, weight, how much activity you do everyday. Are you vegetarian or Meat eater. Never go for can of drink or bars. Eat regular food, protein, fiber, low-carb's small quantity.

I've heard that the "South Beach Diet" is very good. I am planning on trying it once I get some money to buy the groceries I need. I have also found for me in the past, simply following the food pyrymd put out by the USDA is also very helpful. It allows you to get all your nutrients and not overeat if you follow it and the portion sizes. It is so hard to lose weight, especially when you are on a tight budget, I know. Best of luck to you.

All diet plans available in market,will reduce your weight fast but the moment you stop the diet and switch back to your normal food,you will gain weight even faster.
