The stupidest law in the United States

In Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana a law has been passed that prevents un-attractive males from going shirtless in public places. Not too long after the law was passed, a construction worker was fined for going shirtless while repairing the roads. His fine was $500 and was threatened to be taken to jail. To me, this is an unfair law and it violates the rights of their American citizens. What are your thoughts on this subject?

sounds like a good law for me. is it only for males? If you're going to walk around half naked, at least be attractive. muahahhahhahahahaha.

You are correct sir, this is a violation of our rights and it is ridiculous that the lawmakers of such a highly represented State would be wasting time and money to work on such a disgusting thing. The citizens need to come toether and stand up for the rights of themselves and their fellow man....unattractive or not. As far as the stupidest law in America is concerned, I think Illinois has you beat there. In the fine state of Illinois you can be arrested, fined, charged of a class 4 felony, and spend 3 years in prison for eavesdropping (spying) on your own friggin conversation. I wish I were joking about that.

Who decide what is 'un-attractove'? Surely beauty is in the eye of the beholder?
