Ok me and this girl have been dating for a few years now, and she said i was her one and only and we are deep into love...but about a month ago she said she was just making sure that it was my touch that she needed, she went out with a guy and some friends and she came back crying and said she was sorry and we had a small fight but it was settled, but recently like last night i found out that it hadnt been the first night they had gone out...and she had covered it up before...so what should i do?

The first thing you need to do is ask yourself if you love the girl or not. if yes, come to have a talk with the girl and try to get her certain answer to continue or stop. And then tell them very clearly that you do not like her to go out always with a guy, even it is just a friend's meeting. I think if she love you and care about your feeling, she will pay attention to her action and not to harm you. If she still do what she done before, do not hestiate, left her and stop the loving, such girl is not worthy your loving.

Sounds like this is becoming a matter of Trust. You need to really ask yourself what you are wanting from this relationship, and how you really feel about her as well. Do you really Love this woman, or are you in Love with the idea of being in Love, and if you are in Love, how does she feel about you?
This does sound like a complicated case, and if I were you, I would have a deep heart to heart talk with her seeing how she really feels about you, and then go from there. You need to remember if this was to ever become Marriage or anything like this, you need to be able to Trust her and know she is Happy. If it cannot be settled now, you need to cut your losses and move on. It sounds like there are a lot of ifs, and only you and your heart know what is best.
