well yeah i used to eat rice once in a day ...but now for the last many months i had stopped eating it...b'coz i am doing lot of workouts now a days so i am avoiding sweets,icecreams,chocolates and rice ...:) but why ur avoiding it any specific reason ??

Yes I do like rice, prepared in various ways. Why are you avoiding it? Are you sick of it, or are you on a low-carb diet?
