How to reduce 5 kg in 2 Months time?

I am going to have amy wedding photo shooting in March and i have have been gaining some weight during the past 3months. I am now 58kg with the height of 165cm. My aim is 53kg. Any one got secret, special idea to lost weight? Mind to share with me?

I don't know any good or special idea for losing weight,but 5kg in 2 Months will be a tough thing,hope some one could have a great idea and you have to stick to it or nothing will be changed.but on the other side,58kg with the height of 165cm,I think it's not too neccessary for you to lose feight right now.haha...guess you will have a wedding in the near future.Good luck to you and your other half

Drink ample of hot water.Some find it difficult even mine too.last year i weighed over 56kgs due to consumption of much tablets of ma spinal pain where ma normal weight is 48kgs.I took daily 20 glassess of hot water daily for a week,morning ten and evening ten,i found 4kg loss for a week.you can easily raeduce five kgs withing two weeks if you follow it sincerely.Because hot water has got remedy to raeduce unnecessary fats.

First of all, congratulations to you!Secondly, I am 58kg too but I am only 158cm. Well, I am glad that I can lose all the weight I gain when I was pregnant which is about 12kg. I also plan to lose weight and hopefully can go down to 55kg, not ambitious . What I am doing is having only liquid breakfast, I have oat every morning. So far, I think I have lose a kg after a month. Maybe you can try it and do some exercise. I recommend you to use healthy ways to lose weight so that you look glowing when taking your wedding photos.

first of all, welcome to mylot. then the next thing is what you have asked is very much possible. but you need to be consistent in your efforts. the best way to do this reduce fat intake and ban foods like noodles, rolls and other high calorie diets. take a jog for about 30 minutes in the morning followed by some power exercises using weights for just 15 minutes. i think this will be more than sufficient. but keep readings using weight machine.
