which is the best place (or) country for doing higher studies???

best country in the sense it should be affordable in all means...giving part time jobs for our expenses....quality education......good respect from the country men.....pl respond for this u will be acknowledged.....

well its alys expensive for international students where ever u go because they alys got to pay more than double and currency exchange can be troublesome too. well few european countries like sweden u dont have to pay tuition fees for international students but then u got to take swedish or u have to know some swedish...well there are few asian countries like malaysia and singapore but then it depends too.though these countries are developed and got high standard living to depending in the city.
