For me, girls are the ones who flirts most of the. based on my own experienced.. LOL

Well, I don't think flirting has anything to do with gender. It depends upon the nature and public exposure of a person. I do have friends, both ladies and boys who flirt a lot.

Based on observation and experience, both flirt as much. Girls flirt to get their way. Guys flirt with girls they like. But anyway, I don't think one gender flirts more than the other.. I've read something about girls using their charm to get their way and that men are naturally polygamous, hence the moves. So there, I also observed this in my friends and classmates.
