Attractive ads - want to live and work in US

I am seeing this type of ad everywhere in the net. Do you want to live and work in US? I do not understand what was behind this ad. What does it mean,Whether we will be given job oppurtunity or what? Atfirst i used to click in the ad as No. I think most of us will do like that.nowadays they are smart enough that Do you want to miss a chance to live and work in US? Mostly we overlooked the ad and click as usual as No. Isn't it?
