how to u get slim in one month time???

i losses 3kg per month by eating less fast food.besids that, i did a lot of exercise to get more effective..wat about you all?

you can lose 12pds in 7 days if you follow this daily meal schedule: eat 1 banana for breakfast, cheesestick for snack, salad for lunch, lowfat yogurt for snack, and canalope for dinner, with 3 glasses of water and 2 glasses of tea daily.

I was very successul when I was trying to lose before my wedding by eating a lot of boiled foods instead of fried. I also did Tae Bo every day. I lost 40lbs in a few months!
