Does anybody know how to get a scholarship for Cambridge or Oxford?

I'm taking the International Baccalaureate Diplomma Programme so I can go to any college around the world, the problem is that I can't afford to make my studies in another country without an scholarship. I'm Mexican, and any help will be received gratefully.
