there are so many banks in the Philippines that accepts Paypal remittances but i suggests that you better open an EON account in UNION BANK. i prefer union bank since it is much reliable compared to the other banks like BDO. if you need to know the requirement for the EON card, here's the union bank link: www.unionbankph.com . no maintenance fee is needed but you're required to pay 350pesos annual fee.
