song for a group performance

i am currently organizing a singing competition and i'm having a hard time looking for a song that will be sung as a group by the contestants. i want the song to be somehow motivational. i like the song "season of love" from the movie rent but it was already picked by my fellow organizer for his event. i now no have any idea. could you suggest something?
